I envision a world where people engage in a proactive movement toward unity and understanding relating to culture and come-from. My passion is to help you move from Monocultural to Multicultural in your work and life.

I realize that so much in my life up until this point has been what I call “a divine set-up.” My story began growing up in a tri-cultural family, even though we were all from the same ethnic group. One part of my family was ridiculously multicultural, the second part was relatively monocultural, with the third coming from a rural environment.

My early life set me up for the intentional multicultural work that I do today. I spent over 20 years leading and building a successful multicultural creative department of over 150 people in an organization of 4000+.

I know the tools that it takes to build an organization that makes room for as many different kinds of people as possible. I know what it takes to keep pushing through the times where you wonder if you are crazy for choosing this path.

my MUSIC

I have been an Artist for as long as I can remember. I have been a professional musician since I was 19 while completing my college degree in Vocal Performance and Pedagogy. I use music and creative arts as a tool to bring people together cross-culturally. Music and creativity can communicate the message of unity and reconciliation in a unique and powerful way that lectures, how-tos, sermons, or books just cannot accomplish. Music is just different. It reaches the soul, the emotions, and the deepest parts of our hearts. Music is communication and connection. It is a beautiful and fertile ground for the work of unity and understanding.
